The Story

Founded in 1886 as an orphanage, Thompson is a non-profit organization operating across the Carolinas, each providing comprehensive education, treatment, and care for children (birth to 18 years) in need. Thompson was looking for an innovative way to share their video content on their mailer without requiring additional costs.



The Solution

Thompson sends a direct mail piece every month and had a creative idea to turn their mailer into a video series. Taking advantage of AVO's image recognition each mailer now delivers an episode of their ongoing video series.



The Result

Every month their mail audience receives a mailer with the next episode of the video series. This not only shares Thompson's continued story it also creates excitement for upcoming mailers.
