The Story

TouchPoint Support Services, a member of Compass Group, is the industry’s first combined acute care foodservice and support services provider. By combining both food and support services under one operating umbrella, Touchpoint is able to offer patients & residents a comprehensive hospitality experience. Touchpoint provides training through print material but had trouble tracking steps and providing supporting content in a limited amount of space.



The Solution

Touchpoint is focused on providing an event for their employees that builds collaboration and connection. Using AVO they easily created multiple experiences conference guests could enjoy. From learning about important company updates, teaching best practices through the hive to just plain fun with a Bitmoji wall.



The Result

Ultimately AVO was buzzing around the conference with over 200 downloads and a lot of laughs from the Bitmoji wall which allowed employees to show a different side of themselves. This was all done by the creative minds at Touchpoint giving them a great understanding of what interested the conference visitors and building trust within the Touchpoint family.
